How often have you heard this? I have heard it plenty times and it has taken me almost three years to come up with my definite purpose. Here are some questions that I was given that have really helped me to hone my vision.

How many times have you walked out of a sales meeting and gone ‘Uh duh!’
(These words are accompanied by the following action: hit the palm of your hand on your forehead!).
Why do we think as sales people we are mind readers?
Is it because we are ‘afraid’ to ask the questions or is it simply that we forget? Forgetting implies that we are not prepared, have not clarified our intent or purpose of the meeting and therefore wasted our time and our prospective customer’s time.

Slim off the excess and fatten the cash flow
The single most important element in a business is cash flow. More cash in means you are making a profit, more cash flowing out the business means you are broke.
The two ways to increase cash flow are to reduce expenditure and to increase sales. Simple, isn’t it?
